At ScentiMelti UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring wax melts and burners are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping Your Return

  Send your parcel to our UK warehouse using a tracked delivery service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue an exchange within 5-7 business days.
